We didn't have much interaction with Sarah, but Laurie did an excellent job at listing, marketing, and selling our home. In such trying and difficult times, Laurie managed to get our house shown and sold. She always kept us in the loop about what was going on and followed up on all of our showings. Saw a billboard or two, walked into the office, and Billie was there. Completely the wrong way to pick an agent. But she emailed me like she said, took the time to answer several questions, and I never looked back. Billie did it all. The seller's realtor was also Cressey, and that made the transaction all the easier. I never felt I was being "sold" or "sold to" at all. Billie truly had my best interests in mind. In fact, she wrote up offers on properties that I later learned she didn't like for me. During showings, especially virtual showings (long distance buyer + covid), she was forthcoming about concerning attributes she noticed. She did not want to sell a house. She wanted me to find the right house for me. I am grateful for Billie. I would recommend Billie without reservation, and I will be using her again when it becomes time to sell the charming house she helped me find and purchase.
