Searching for a first house is an exciting but nerve wracking and stressful experience, especially considering we were looking a handful of months into the Covid-19 pandemic. Billie made everything as fun and stress free as possible; you can't help but feel comfortable working with her. She makes it clear that her goal is to find you the right house, and she will work to make it happen. Billie is extremely knowledgeable of the area and was considerate of checking the (admittedly many) boxes I had for our home while staying within the price range we set for ourselves. There was a two week stretch when houses were not coming onto the market that excited us and we were considering settling for less than our dream house. Billie encouraged us to give it some time saying the perfect house will come along and I am so grateful for that because this house felt like home the first time we stepped in. We loved working with Billie, I cannot overstate it, she helped us land our perfect house in this very competitive market and we owe her so much.
