We also text and called him well into the evening and always got a speedy response. We are so glad we got to work with Wayne! He has been amazing. So knowledgable not only with real estate and the area, but buildings in general. As first time home owners we are in the dark with a lot of things to do with owning a home and maintenance. Wayne has been so helpful in this respect too. Answering questions for us about basement windows and drains. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, truly. We literally have no complaints!

Wayne Birkey made my first house buying experience a smooth and easy one. He was always responsive and quick to set up viewings. Every time I asked him to set up a viewing ASAP, we were viewing it THAT day. He was very flexible and even moved his own obligations around in order to get offers in on time or view a house. Due to this being my first home buying experience, his many years of building experience came in handy and he was able to answer all of my questions. He never made me feel like any question was stupid or trivial, he even welcomed me to ask as many questions as possible. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home to work with Wayne. He is a very funny, kind man who is always looking out for your best interest. Overall, I could not have had a more pleasant experience buying a home with Wayne by my side helping in every single aspect that he could!
