Tania was the guiding light in finding my daughters home. Marissa had stumbled onto Tania's information after not feeling the right fit with the previous realtors she had spoken to. With this being Marissa's first home I wanted her to take full control but also feel comfortable with her realtor because they were going to help her find her dream home. Tania listed to Marissa, heard what she did and didn't want, she got to know my daughter to really get a feel for what she needed but also to make a connection that really made this the best home buying experience. She helped walk her through the entire process and made sure to update her and answer all her questions, even the obvious ones. The day of closing Tania surprised my daughter with a housewarming basket tailored to her, proving just how much she listened and cared during this process. We all joked we'd buy another house just to deal with Tania again. We couldn't have asked for a better more outstanding relator.
