Laurie helped us manage a complicated purchase from out of state. She met with us in January to show us neighborhoods and spent several hours driving around, helping to better acquainte us with the neighborhoods. She understood what we wanted, as a family. Sarah stepped in to help us see a house when we only had one weekend to do it and spent time doing a walkthrough with videos beforehand. Laurie has been exceptional - her local knowledge, recommendations, care and attention to details in the homes we viewed have been second to none. Would recommend over and over again!

We needed to find the right home within budget in a short amount of time and Billie Limberopoulos was very helpful and accommodating in our search! We didn't want to narrow our search down too much right at first in case something wonderful came up just outside of what we thought our parameters were, and Billie was very understanding of that. She showed us any home that we asked to get into & also give us great advice about market history in the specific area where the house we chose was located that helped us to make the right offer on our house. We will definitely want to use Billie and her team at Cressy & Everett again if/when we buy our next home. We highly recommend their services!
