Ruth is a friendly, fun person to work with. Her local knowledge and understanding of property values helped with the selection of a competitive price. Ruth staged the house for me. Ruth made a comprehensive list of maintenance and improvement items. She also recommended an excellent handyman, who completed the work in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. Ruth did an excellent job of handling all the improvements, repairs requested by the buyers upon inspection. Ruth again contacted several contractors to get the work done. Ruth at all times was very reachable and communicative. All this lead to a smooth and quick closing. I would recommend Ruth to friends and family.

After the sudden loss of our mother, the family decided to sell her house but we didn't know where to start. A close family friend recommended Ruth to us, and we'll forever be grateful for that. Ruth was amazing to work with! Even though we lived out of state, Ruth was in constant communication with us. Not once during the whole process did we have to wonder if things were progressing or what the status. Ruth was very knowledgeable and we're confidant that she got our mom's house sold for fair market price.
