I live in North Carolina. My father who is in his 80's needed to sell a home that belonged to his parents. He had is listed for 6 months with another realtor. I was very upset when I discovered that some issues and told my father that I didnt want him to sign another contract with that company. I called my mother in law who had recently sold and purchased a new home. I asked her the name of the realtor that she used and thats how Leigh Holland came into our lives. I called left her message and my call was returned in a very timely manner. She wanted to set up an appointment right away and I laughed and told her that would be great if I didnt live in North Carolina. We had a good laugh. I explained to Leigh about what needed to be done and she listened to everything I had to say. When we hung up i knew I had found the right person to help my father sell the house. Leigh always keep me updated and the day she put the sign in the yard she texted me to let me know there was a showing that day! Leigh did more in those few days than I ever expected and the house sold within 2-3 days. Leigh Holland as I stated before is the best thing that could have happened to my family. If i ever decide to move back to the area she will be my one and only call for my home needs. Thanks Leigh
