I cannot express enough how much I have enjoyed Kim Kim service through out the whole house purchasing. First from looking for houses, her approach was excellent that she prepared detail information and gave us time to go over. In that time, Kim Kim avoid giving personal comment that would bias the impression and affect our choice. As a result, when we were making the final decision, we were confident of our choice with full information. It felt like we were taking an ownership and yet getting full support at the same time. Also negotiating part, Kim Kim was exceptional to settle at the price we wanted. Her skill was the best. In addition, her knowledge including neighbors, schooling and house price history etc were all so profound and helped us so much in making a decision. Not to mention house inspections as without her help, we would have not been able to do any of those inspection. Because of her advise through out the inspection, we were able to find a defect in furnace which was expensive and was fully repaired prior to closing. Cannot ask better service and Kim Kim level was just exceptional. I would definitely recommend Kim Kim to my friends and anyone who is interested in buying or selling house.
