Cynthia gave us excellent local referrals for inspection and other needed services. She was always in contact with us through out the process, and paid high attention to detail. We had a complicated financing process, and it would not have happened with out her! When obstacles arose she took on the burden of working through them to help make it as smooth as possible of a transaction for us. Cynthia was incredible to work with throughout our entire process of looking and closing on our new home. She understood exactly what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to scout property out for us. Our primary residence is in Chicago, so Cynthia did a lot of extra research and footwork to ensure the properties we drove out for were worth our time. She immediately made us feel comfortable and confident in trusting that she had our best interest at heart. When we felt discouraged or frustrated with the process she was a great cheerleader, and took on many of the responsibilities outside of her role to help closing go more smoothly.
