I will definitely use Laurie and all the people that helped her out when I am ready to sell and buy again. I will certainly recommend her to out of towners to really acclimate them in a short time to South Bend and the surroundings. Not being in the same state while closing on the house would've been worrisome but I had full faith in Laurie and Sarah to guide the process so it went without any snags. I could sleep soundly at night during this whole process even though I was 1500 miles away!
