When the time came for my husband, Pete, and I to find our next home in St. Joseph and we needed a realtor, we thought back to an afternoon in early October when Ben Stephen introduced himself while marketing in our rental home neighborhood. As transplants to the area, we were grateful to have held onto his business card and a thank you note he sent a few days later! From the first day we called Ben, he went out of his way to make our home search and eventual purchase process easy and seamless.
